In light of the COVID-19 (“coronavirus") pandemic, we want to ensure you that it’s business as usual at Your Haven Realty.
We continue to prioritise the health and safety of all our clients, tenants and employees. To do this we are accessing regular updates from the relevant government bodies.
We have put in place a business plan should we face a period of quarantine so this will not affect our business as our team are set up to work remotely for an extended period of time, should it be required.
We also have measures in place for open homes of our rental/sale properties and routine inspections. All tenants were emailed correspondence on 16/03/2020 and those with routine inspections planned in the next 2-4 weeks personally contacted. As COVID-19 is changing daily we have put a plan together to inspect properties via Facetime/video with our tenants.
As a business we are continually monitoring the situation and will make necessary changes if the need arises.
