RTA is going paperless from 1 Jan 2020
The RTA have announced that from 1 January 2020 they will be moving to paperless services and advised it will make tenancy services faster, more convenient and efficient. It will apply to all bond lodgements, bond refunds, bond disputes and updating of bond services.
