Happy Easter 2018!
On the sales side, there are buyers looking and monitoring the market but I feel it's been a bit slower then previous years. The volume of units flooding the market could be influencing purchasing behaviour. The cranes all over the city skyline and developers using incentives to secure sales, tells you the market is tighter then normal. We have a brand new listing coming to the market after Easter in Kenmore. It's an awesome renovators delight with the possibility of dual income with a self contained granny flat.... stay tuned for that one. Right now however, our office has 4 active sales with 1 currently under offer.
Next month (April) we plan to have our next event. This one will be more family orientated and will be on Sunday 22nd April. Children are also welcome, we'll have a sausage sizzle and a golf hole in one competition. You can RSVP here
In other news: We have Easter eggs for all those coming through the office doors between Monday 26 March through to Tuesday 3 April and please note our office will be closed over the Easter break from Friday 30 March through to Monday 2 April. We'll be back to normal business hours from Tuesday 3 April.
