Happy New Year!
It's hard to believe it's 2018! It seems like only a few weeks ago we opened for the first time! I hope everyone had a great Christmas and enjoyed the time off to relax and unwind with friends and family.
So much has happened since our last post! So take a seat and let me give you a few highlights... rentals have been on fire, we rented 5 properties in November and 4 in December. Things really quietened down before Christmas but from the 27th December we were back out there doing our thing! We picked up a number of new managements and rented 1 property within 3 days of advertising which was a great result. It seemed as though we were one of the only agencies still operating and conducting open homes.
We've made some updates to our website, tweaking a few pages and adding some new content including my favourite feature to date..... the online chat function. Yes you heard me, you can chat directly with a member of our team, ask questions about a particular rental or sales property in real time. I think I'm a little in love with this. If you know me I love a good chat so feel free to pop on and say hi!

In other news: Over the holiday period we (Nick & Jackie) decided to make use of the public holidays by renovating our Master Bedroom in between opening the office a few days either side of Christmas and New Year. For those of you who didn't know, yes Nick is not to bad on the tools . We wanted to make the room bigger so we removed some walls/old walk in robe, then re-sheeted the walls, added ornate cornice, a new ceiling rose and new carpet. All completed within 1 1/2 weeks over the Christmas break. Check out the finished product... we love it.
